I was very happy with SERVPRO of Ascension parish. I am not sure what could be improved. It was refreshing to have staff here that seemed to like their jobs. Employees were professional, courteous and addressed all my concerns. They were friendly and no one on the team was slow working nor did they act like they didn't want to be here working. 

It is so difficult to find employees like the team that worked at my house. I hire employees for my office and it seems like half the employees these days just want to get a check and do as little as possible - not that case with your SERVPRO team. Thanks!

They are professional and did a good job. I felt comfortable with them in my house.

The crew delivered exactly what Brian had promised when he came out initially. They cleaned my ducts and carpet and left my rent house smelling great!

The first lady onsite, Michelle, completely changed our outlook from distraught and confusion to hope and confidence that SERVPRO was going to assist in getting us back on our feet. Soon, the manager and his crew were onsite and in a matter of hours the cleanup work was underway.
